These Terms of Use govern access to infratools.digital and enrollment in InfraTools educational programs. By using the site or requesting a seat, you agree to these terms.

Educational purpose

InfraTools provides technical analysis training focused on volume and market structure. All content is educational. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or an offer of portfolio management. Trading involves risk of loss.

Eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Programs are taught in English. Remote students are welcome; local visits are by appointment at our Taiwan address.

Seat requests and schedules

Submitting the contact form is a request, not a confirmed booking. We confirm seats by email or phone, including dates, format (remote or in-hall), and informational pricing. No payment is processed through this website.

Intellectual property

Workbooks, checklists, recordings, and site copy belong to InfraTools. You may use materials for personal study. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of course materials without written permission is not allowed.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no scraping that degrades service, no injecting malicious code, and no impersonating InfraTools staff. We may refuse service if conduct disrupts classes or other students.

Disclaimers

Charts and examples are illustrative. Past market behavior does not guarantee future results. We do not warrant uninterrupted site availability. To the extent permitted by law, InfraTools is not liable for trading losses arising from decisions you make after training.

Limitation of liability

Liability related to site use or training, where permitted to be limited, is capped at the fees you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim. We do not exclude liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing context

These terms are interpreted with regard to operations based in Taiwan (China). Disputes should first be raised with us at hall@infratools.digital so we can seek a practical resolution.
